By using Trameaz you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to any clause, please do not use the service.
1. Definition of the service
Trameaz is a cloud platform that uses AI to generate WhatsApp-connected landing pages for the Saudi and Gulf market. The service is provided "as is" on a credits model.
2. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information at signup.
3. Credits and payments
The service is billed by credits. Each new landing page generation costs 50 credits. New users receive 100 free credits to try the service. Payment is currently accepted via Telegram Stars (XTR), and we are working on adding local payment methods.
4. Refund policy
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the credits you bought. If part of the credits has been used, we refund the unused balance pro-rata. Contact us by email to request a refund.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to generate content that violates Saudi law, incites hate, infringes intellectual property, or markets prohibited products. We reserve the right to suspend any account that breaks these rules without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
You own the content you generate. We retain ownership of the Trameaz software, interfaces, designs, and trademarks. Your license is a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is active.
7. Service availability
We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur. We are not liable for indirect damages caused by short interruptions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months. We do not guarantee specific marketing or sales outcomes from generated pages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the change implies acceptance of the new terms.
